Got Questions? We've Got You.

We know weddings can come with a lot of logistics—especially when there are two celebrations involved. Below you'll find answers to the most common questions about what to wear, where to stay, who (and what) to bring, and more. If there’s anything we missed, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!

How do I get there and where do I stay?

Travel tips, hotel options, and lodging info can be found on each event page (get more info for Lebanon and for Whitefish). If you’re coming from out of town, we hope you’ll make a weekend of it—each location has plenty to explore, and we’ve included our favorite local recs to help you plan a fun little getaway.

Is there a dress code?

Come casual, come comfy, or come a little dressed up if you’d like—but whatever you wear, be ready for summer heat or cooler temps! Both Lebanon and Whitefish can run hot in July and August and get chilly after the sun goes down, so think breathable fabrics, sun hats, and light layers.

What’s on the menu?

We’re putting food front and center at both celebrations—so come hungry! We’ll do our best to offer options for most dietary needs. If you have any very specific restrictions feel free to bring a little something to tide you over.

Will there be drinks?

Oh yes! Bars will be open at both parties, and we’ll also have plenty of non-alcoholic options. There are safe and easy transportation choices available for getting back to your lodging, so please plan ahead and party responsibly.

Can we bring the kids?

Yes! Little ones are absolutely welcome. The Lebanon party is fully family friendly. The Whitefish dinner is a longer, more formal meal, but we’d still love to have your kiddos there—just let us know if your child is a selective eater when you RSVP. We’ll have kid-friendly snacks and activities on hand to help keep them happy while the grownups dine.

Can we bring our dog?

Well-behaved pups are more than welcome in Lebanon—Gravy and Máximo wouldn’t have it any other way! That said, we won’t be able to accommodate dogs at the Whitefish dinner. Thank you for understanding.

What happens after the party?

We’re keeping the good times rolling! There will be post-party plans in town after each event for anyone who wants to keep celebrating. And if you’re sticking around the next morning, we’d love to see you at a casual Sunday brunch—details for each are on the event pages.

Do you have a registry?

We don’t need a thing—your presence truly is the best gift. But if you feel moved to show your love through giving, we’d be honored for you to support one of the causes close to our hearts:

  • Lilac City Pup Project
Run by the amazing Robin who fostered our beloved Máximo, this group helps dogs find loving forever homes through rescue, training, and education.

  • Scotchman Peaks Wilderness
One of our favorite wild places and a longtime cause we believe in. This nonprofit works to protect and preserve the Scotchman Peaks on the Idaho–Montana border.

  • Lincoln County Libraries
Justin serves as board chair of our small rural library district. Donations help keep books on shelves and programs thriving in our Montana community.

  • Build Lebanon Trails
A volunteer-led group working to build and maintain over 50 miles of trails around Justin’s hometown of Lebanon, Oregon—an effort we care deeply about supporting.

  • Montana Food Bank Network
This statewide organization helps feed families across Montana, including in our home community of Troy. Every dollar makes a big difference.

  • FISH of Lebanon
A longtime staple in Justin’s hometown, FISH provides food, clothing, and emergency assistance to those in need in the mid-Willamette Valley.

  • FCC Lebanon Soup Kitchen
Hosted by the First Christian Church in Justin’s hometown, this volunteer-run soup kitchen serves warm, nourishing meals to anyone in need—no questions asked. It’s a vital lifeline for many in the community, and donations help keep the doors open and the pots full.
